Gorazde is located in south-east part of Bosnia, in River Drina valley, about 100km from Sarajevo and some 20km from Bosnia's border with Montenegro. It is a regional centre half hour drive to neighbouring towns of Foca, Rogatica and Cajnice, and about one hour drive to Visegrad.
